Champagne Fluteau Cuvée Echo is a lively and elegant Extra Brut or Brut Champagne from the Aube region, crafted predominantly from Pinot Noir and a touch of Chardonnay. It offers a fresh, balanced profile with notes of ripe pear, white peach, candied citrus, and a subtle hint of ginger. With a crisp, taut finish and a low dosage, this non-vintage champagne is an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to seafood and crab.

Flavor profile: The wine has a crisp, fresh, and lively flavor profile, noted for its balance and many layers. It is a dry, taut Champagne that combines fruitiness with complex notes of brioche and spices.
