Cuvée Crescent Bay is a blended fermented wild ale matured in oak barrels. This limited-edition Cuvée is aged for over 12 months in French Chardonnay oak barrels, where complex blended fermentation and the characteristics of the oak create an enticing blend of aromas and flavors of ripe apricot, pineapple, and juicy yellow peach, with subtle hints of wild wildflower honey. The beer boasts a well-balanced acidity, a dry and elegant finish, and a unique depth combined with high drinkability.
