Tree House Brewing Company Moment of Clarity American Milk Stout

Our newest version of Moment of Clarity is a lazy Sunday morning in a glass. Moment of Clarity Barrel Blend is an American Milk Stout carefully brewed and conditioned with coffee, chocolate, and dark amber maple syrup. The young beer is then combined with threads of barrel-aged Milk Stout, which rested in some of our favorite bourbon producers' barrels. It exhibits strong maple and coffee aromas on the nose, which give way to notes of chocolate-covered maple cream candies. The barrel component adds layers of vanilla and bourbon aromas with a subtle oaky spice note on the finish. Beers like this give us pause in their ability to encapsulate nostalgic flavors and set our minds at ease for a brief moment of clarity.
