Hirondelle Rosé de Provence
Primarily composed of Cinsault and blended with Grenache, Syrah, and Merlot, this rosé is a model of its kind: light, fresh, flavorful, and sapid. The pale color is attributed to the grape variety, but also to the fact that the harvest is done at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. A digestible rosé, never overwhelming, where the first glass beckons the second.
