Utilizing a blend of hops from our friends at Billy Goat Farms, it serves as a unique exploration of Colorado’s terroir. Columbus, Cascade, and Chinook lead with classic West Coast notes of earthy pine sap, citrus peel–laden honey, and grapefruit juice. El Dorado then offers aromas of lemon-lime candies and overripe pineapple that float over its dank, bitter finish.
