Tree House Brewing Company Shark Tooth IPA

Shark Tooth sweeps us off our feet with notes of pine sap, dank hop yards, dark summer berries, and bright lime. We have a small lineup of beers that feature the iconic base malt 'Pearl' - a sweet, doughy English base malt. There is something special about its light, fluffy character; it supports a heavy charge of hops while still letting the hops shine through from start to finish on the palate. Floating atop this malty foundation is a unique hoppy bite from a blend of Colorado and New Zealand hops  A huge joy of craft beer is nuance - the whispers of character difference that permeate ingredients grown in different places with different climates and harvesting practices and post-harvest treatment. Shark Tooth is the latest in a lifelong journey to discover pockets of originality in a well-worn endeavor. We just love it.
