We made this with our friend Lana Svitankova (@lana_on_beer) who hand carried us some incredible Ukrainian Sea Salt from Drohobych Salt Works, We used that along with cold-pressed Tomatoes and Mexican Habanero.
A perfect beer for Sunday brunch or any time. There’s a long history back to 63 AD of throwing tomatoes at bad actors and as an act of protest. Maybe we should revive it in 2025.
