Carbon Brews's second collaboration with renowned cinematographer and beer lover Christopher Doyle.
They’ve approached this brew with an opposite direction to the last double hazy IPA. This is a robust American IPA with citrus, grapefruits, stone fruits and pine characters from the hop, a sturdy malt backbone, and a dry finish. At 6.4% ABV, this brew is inspired by the tropical winds we experience in Hong Kong. In Chris’ words, “It’s brewed. It grows, in unexpected ways… it comes and goes on you,
just like the wind.”
