This Peat Sour Plum Ale was made with a first fermentation with Belgian yeast, then a second fermentation with Kaohsiung green plum juice, and finally was infused with Scottish peated whiskey to give that slightly peated touch. A challenge taken on by Taiwind to create another one-of-a-kind sour taste profile.
