For this beer we used Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops. Imagine a big juicy bowl of Kiwi Fruit, strawberry, blueberry,peach, orange and pear, jam it all in a blender and call it an IPA – it's our hazy hop salad.
