An experimental wheat beer combining the foundational spices of laksa; lemongrass, ginger, and kefir lime, alongside a coconut base. A must-try experience for adventurous drinkers. A collaboration between Singaporean brewery Sunbird, we challenged each other to a cultural exchange by giving a national food from each of our countries to be the inspiration of the brew.
