We've really enjoyed our return to having a series of West Coast Pales and IPAs coming out of the brewery. This time, we've given it the DDH treatment, a classic hop bill of Mosaic and Centennial to hark back to the West Coast beers that inspired us.
This time however, we've used a lager yeast strain to balance the resinous finish with a crisp edge. The result is like drinking liquid boiled sweets, marmalade and orange peel with a dry and clean ending.
