Made with 500kg of blackberries and fermented with 500L of aged foudre ale before being transferred to rye whiskey barrels. This 1 to 1 ratio of fruit to beer yields a rich and powerful fruit expression. Robust rye whiskey notes and spicy aromas are balanced with sweet blackberry and hints of blackberry leaves. A clean and oaky flavour profile from its long maturation in the barrel is complemented by a vibrant acidity derived from fermentation and fruit infusion.
