The Watchers – Coffee and cherry double stout 10.1% Super complex stout brewed with 10 different malts and hopped with Challenger and Bramling Cross. Fermented with a custom made blend of rustic and ester heavy strains of yeast. Re-toasted oak and added in during fermentation and then aged on 140kg of Morello cherries and freshly roasted Brazilian Bela poca peabean coffee coldbrew, courtesy of Faodail Roastery. Pretty insaney.
