The beer is based on a traditional German-style gose.This interpretation of the traditional German gose uses malted barley, rye and oats, Himalayan salt, a vegan culture of lactobacillus in a kettle-souring technique, and currants, raspberries, and peaches. The result is a beautiful pink beer with great fruit character, a subtle tartness, and a very clean, dry finish.
