This Belgian Style Triple is brewed with 8 different types of grain. This complex malt bill feeds a fruity abbey yeast. The result is a strong golden ale with an incredible array of flavours and depth. This beer is part of the Little Alchemist 2020 collaboration series. After being canned in February a second fermentation took place for 3 weeks. It has then been matured for 8 month before its release. This gave time for the beer to reach its full potential. This fermented masterpiece perfectly balances esters and malt tones.
