Mai Po No. 5 (Vintage 2024) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in French Oak Tawny Port Barrels. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of raisins, plums, figs, and caramel.
When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.
