Lychee can be said to be one of Taiwan's representative fruits. North Taiwan Brewing follows the traditional Belgian beer brewing methods to create a fruit beer that is uniquely Taiwan. After several experiments, the brewers found that lychee and beer produced an excellent coordination that brings delightful, tropical island notes.
