(stronger than its younger Sister Bobtail) is a traditional symbiotically fermented Real Ginger Beer made using the Real Ginger Beer Plant (RGB Plant). This Plant is actually a symbiotic bacteria culture much like kombucha. Used in the correct way with pure Ginger juice, pure lemon juice and Sugar water the RGB plant can produce alcohol with big mouth flavour and a real hit. The RGB Plant is quite rare and almost died out Post war due to rationing, but we have a direct strain from the Leibniz Institute DSMZ-German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures. Using Craft Brewing Techniques and great patience we have built up enough PURE RGB Plant to offer you this rare and historical Ginger Beverage.
