Our anniversary on 11.11 is an occasion we fervently look forward to every year. A ritual we particularly look forward to on this occasion is the annual release of our anniversary beer. While always a decadent and cellar-worthy limited-edition brew, this year’s version is extra special. A lavish bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, “??” is aged on a bountiful amount of cherry purée and finished with a restrained addition of whiskey.
