Featuring Cascade, a cornerstone of American hops, known for its citrus and pine profile, the flavours are enhanced with the addition of Azacca and Chinook to build on the citrus. This aggressively hopped Double IPA is a real treat. We named our third DIPA in honour of founder David Gallie’s third child, Alessia. Expect a extra-large expression of a classic Westcoast style IPA.
