Noir de Dottignies is a complex, high fermenting dark beer, with a very rich taste, brewed with 7 different malts which includes chocolate malts and dark-roasted malts, which give it a dark, nearly black colour. The royal doses of Challenger and Saaz hops bring the typical balance between sweet and bitter. Solid, dark-roasted malt flavour with a smooth-bitter finish.
