Created in San Francisco in 2017, this new style of IPA surprises the taste buds. The Ninkasi Brut IPA , behind its fruity notes, is dry and very sparkling.
The base of pale malts and malted wheat gives the beer a clear color like champagne. American hops (Mosaic, Citra and Eldorado) bring notes of lemon, tropical fruits and peach.
